Like a wedding

I helped my friend Charles with an assignment this week. We covered a corporate event not far from Raleigh that involved photographing a dinner, an after party, and doing some formal portraits of executives and honorees. We were both struck by how similar it was to photogarphing a wedding. Perhaps the one exception was that the client reviewed the images that night about 1 AM and then we prepared a slide show for them to show at breakfast later that morning. I made it to bed at 3 AM!

When we photograph a wedding we normally have Sunday to recover. Not so with this gig!
